1. SMCC will assign rooms based on size of activity or function.

2. Most request will be confirmed on a first come basis. Make your
     request as early as possible.

3. Only requests made 24 hours prior to the activity will be posted on
     the monitor at SMCC along with the other activities that day.

4. So that the room may be utilized by another group, please use the
    Cancellation Page on ths site to cancel your request if you no longer
    need the room.
